“长安号”国际货运班列

“长安号”国际货运班列总体规划为“一干两支”，其中“一干”为西安—鹿特丹，全长9850公里；“两支”是西安—莫斯科，全长7251公里，西安—哈萨克斯坦（阿拉木图，全长3866公里，运行时间6天；热姆，全长5027公里，运行时间10天）。

中国铁路总公司近日正式下达“长安号”国际货运班列开行电报，确定国际班列序号为80807，2013年11月28日上午10点开行集装箱班列，11月29日上午10点开行整车班列。这条班列成为丝绸之路经济带上的一条“黄金通道”。

开行“长安号”国际货运班列，是陕西、西安落实共建“丝绸之路经济带”倡议构想，打造“丝绸之路经济带”新起点的重要抓手。旨在促进欧亚各国之间经济合作和交流，打造丝绸之路经济带黄金走廊，促进丝绸之路经济带经济繁荣，推动陕西加快构建开放型经济和西安国际化大都市建设。

Chang’an International Freight Train

The overall planning for Chang'an international freight train is "one trunk line and two branch lines", of which the trunk line is from Xi'an to Rotterdam with a total length of 9,850km; while the "two branch lines" are respectively the one from Xi'an to Moscow with a total length of 7,251km, and the one from Xi'an to Kazakhstan (to Alma-Ata, with a total length of 3,866km and travel time of 6 days, and to Zhem, with a total length of 5,027km and travel time of 10 days).

Chain Railway Corporation recently issued the telegram about starting Chang'an international freight train, determined that the international freight train's serial number was 80807, and determined to start the container train at 10:00am, Nov. 28, 2013 and the complete train at 10:00am, Nov. 29. This train becomes a "golden channel" along the Silk Road Economic Belt.

The starting of Chang'an international freight train is an important grip for Shaanxi and Xi'an to implement the proposal to co-establish the Silk Road Economic Belt and create the new starting point of the Silk Road Economic Belt. It is aimed at promoting economic cooperation and exchange among European and Asian countries, creating the golden corridor along the Silk Road economic belt, promoting economic prosperity along the Silk Road Economic Belt, and boosting Shaanxi to accelerate construction of open economy and construction of Xi'an as an international metropolis.
