Shaanxi Food Culture Festival lures visitors

The Shaanxi Food Culture Festival opened at the Xi'an food pavilion of the 7th Silk Road International Exposition that is ongoing on Nov 16-20, opened in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on Nov 15.

Over the next six days, the Xi'an food pavilion and more than 10 food pavilions from different cities in the province will showcase hundreds of classic delicacies.

The Xi'an food pavilion covers an area of 540 square meters and features a green color scheme, presenting a vibrant and lively image of Xi'an cuisine.

Five well-known Chinese time-honored brands, including Demaogong, TongshengXiang, Defachang, Chunfasheng, and Xi'an Roast Duck, eight Shaanxi, Xi'an time-honored brands, and over eight famous Xi'an food and catering brands, have attracted numerous exhibitors and visitors to taste and experience the Xi'an food culture.

During the festival, the logo for the Xi'an International Gourmet Capital was unveiled, with designer and national master of arts and crafts Shi Zhuoli elaborating on the design concept.

Furthermore, the Bingfeng Challenge interactive activity provided a deeper understanding of Xi'an's food culture and local customs.

In addition, local Xi'an brand enterprises conducted special promotions, allowing visitors to taste delicious food and gain insights into Xi'an's local businesses and brands.
