Major conference on global professionals to be held in Xi'an

The 21st Conference on International Exchange of Professionals - Parallel Session in Xi'an will be held from Apr 17- Apr 19 at the Xi'an International Convention Center, focusing on topics such as the development of "Belt and Road" talents and key industries.

The Conference on International Exchange of Professionals was founded in 2001, and it is the only national-level exhibition and business event in China that is highly internationalized with comprehensive aspects. The conference targets international scientific and technological innovation and global talent exchange resources, attracting tens of thousands of outstanding talents at home and abroad every year, and has been successfully held 20 times.

Themed "promoting scientific and technological innovation, seeking common development, and benefiting global talents", the conference will showcase Xi'an's advantageous resources, the highlights of scientific and technological work, overseas talent services and policies. The conference also invites well-known experts and scholars, scientific researchers, overseas students, innovation and entrepreneurship teams, renowned enterprise executives and heads of universities and research institutes at home and abroad. The aim is to gather a group of outstanding international talents (teams), providing strong talent support for promoting the high-quality development of Xi'an's science and technology industry and innovation.

The conference will also launch a series of events such as global talents forum, cultural festival, featured site visits and expert symposium.

The parallel session in Xi'an will further strengthen the talent base and global influence of Xi'an International Port Area, help Xi'an accelerate the construction of a talent gathering platform, and bring the international talent exchange and cooperation in Shaanxi to a new level.
