Right before the Double 11 shopping spree, Shaanxi Xiaochen Tongxue Technology, a Xi'an local e-commerce company, implemented drone delivery, supermarket livestreaming, online & offline shopping channels and other consumption scenarios, bringing advanced technology into the daily grocery shopping of the residents.
Walking into Hangtian Life Supermarket located at Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base, you can immediately capture this unique aerospace-themed decoration style. The supermarket is equipped with 4,000 square meters of space, which includes more than 20,000 kinds of high-quality products and features imported products from Japan, Korea, France and Germany. With the clearly allocated divisions with various functions, a fine and dynamic shopping atmosphere is thus developed.

The distribution area of the drone covers 67 neighborhoods within 3 km
On November 12, Hangtian Life Supermarket completed the first test flight of the drones, becoming the first commercial drone delivery supermarket in Northwest China.
Hangtian Life Supermarket fully uses digitalization to open up the online & offline shopping channels, combining TikTok livestreaming e-commerce with offline sales. With the support of large drones, deliveries within 3 km can be finished without any manpower.
"Our drones will cover 70000 people in 67 neighborhoods within 3 kilometers. A drone can deliver 10 kilograms of goods one time, namely, that at least two barrels of oil or two bags of noodles can be delivered." According to the person in charge of the supermarket, the drone is jointly developed and customized by the supermarket and the manufacturer, with the advantages of automatic navigation, intelligent flight, and anti-collision.
In the supermarket's flight center, the first 10 drones are on standby, waiting for consumers' requests.
