Two residential communities in Xi'an win national recognition
The list of the top 100 residential communities in terms of strengthening property management and building beautiful homes was recently announced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
Baihua Linju and Fenglin Lyuzhou residential communities, two neighborhoods in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, were included.
Baihua Linju Residential Community is located next to the Xi'an City Sports Park. It boasts dense foliage and a unique running track.
Since the establishment of the residential committee in 2018, the community, the property management and the residential committee have held a tripartite joint meeting every quarter to ensure the residential community's smooth operation and inspire people to help improve the residential community.

As a result, the living environment of the residential community has significantly improved in recent years, with large LED screens installed, 184 elevators upgraded, internet of things developed, four gates upgraded and the garden landscape improved.
The Fenglin Lyuzhou Residential Community covers an area of 750 mu (50 hectares), with 68 residential buildings and over 5,300 households.

By discussing major issues, performing their respective duties, and exploring cooperative development, co-governance and sharing, the cumulative operating income of the residential community's public areas has managed to exceed 10 million yuan ($1.57 million) in recent years.
The residential community has continued to improve its infrastructure and living environment.
In addition, all entrances and exits in the community use facial recognition gates, which can automatically identify people, making it convenient for people to quickly enter and exit and preventing illegal behaviors such as tailgating and theft.
