Highlights of Shaanxi Cuisine Culture Festival

The Shaanxi Cuisine Culture Festival is an important part of the ongoing Sixth Silk Road International Exposition. And during the expo, the festival delivered a comprehensive and multi-dimensional display of Shaanxi Cuisine culture, technique inheritance and development achievements.

The Shaanxi Cuisine Culture Festival covers a total area of nearly 7,000 square meters, and there are 52 kinds of landmark cuisines from other provinces and cities on display – with more than 100 kinds of handicrafts and time-honored food from Shaanxi being produced and sold on-site.

The festival consists of nine series of activities in three sections —— a food carnival, a food industry summit and a cooking craft festival.
