The only municipal pavilion from Shaanxi presented a new story of rural revitalization at the 5th CIIE

The Municipal Bureau of Commerce of Ankang City and its counterpart jointly created the only municipal pavilion of Shaanxi at this year's expo. Visitors can have a comprehensive experience of Ankang's featured products, and thus learn the refreshing story of Ankang's contribution to rural revitalization.

The total area of Ankang Rural Revitalization Pavilion is 150 square meters, divided into five areas focusing on selenium-rich tea, selenium-rich food and beverage products, plush toys, Qinba biomedicine, and electronic harness products. Forty-one enterprises of Ankang City brought 51 kinds of products in 5 categories to the expo.

The pavilion creates an immersive experience space with a simple, elegant and bright design style, presenting the characteristics of Ankang's relaxing landscape and green environment. The pavilion links the ecological, natural, green and simple regional culture of Ankang, showing the multi-industry integration with special products.

The selenium-rich tea, food and beverages, as well as the Qinba biomedicine reflect how poverty alleviation enterprises purchase agricultural products and help farmers increase their income. The community factories producing plush toys and electronic harness products absorb a lot of rural surplus labor, giving more employment and income channels for rural idle labor.

"CIIE as a high-level domestic expo provides a great platform for Ankang's high-quality selenium-rich products." Commerce Bureau staff Xu Xianhai introduced, "We hope that, through CIIE, products of Ankang can step out of Shaanxi to the country and even the world."
