Zhao Gang, male, born in June 1968, is an ethnic Han. He received a full-time postgraduate education, holds a degree of Engineering and a degree of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), and is a Senior Engineer with the professional title of researcher. He is also a member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently a member of the twentieth CPC Central Committee, deputy secretary of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, governor of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province, secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.
