The 2nd Television Festival of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Countries focuses on showcasing the cooperation achievements of the SCO countries in television and radio exchanges. A total of 300 representatives from 19 SCO countries, as well as media, enterprises, international institutions, and embassies, attend the opening ceremony.
