Try one of the world's oldest hamburgers in northwest China

Popularly known as a "meat sandwich," roujiamo originated in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province and is now widely consumed across China. Consisting of a pita-like flatbread filled with diced slow-cooked pork, lamb or beef, it can trace its history back to over 2,200 years ago.
