Mausoleum of Emperor Yan

Day by day, it has elevated to be the national spirit of the Chinese people. The Mausoleum of Emperor Yan in Baoji has also become the place where the Chinese descendants search for their origin and pay homage to their ancestors.
The Mausoleum of Emperor Yan is located on the historical site of the ancient Shennong City on Changyang Mountain. Mengyugou Ditch at the foot of Changyang Mountain is both the birthplace and the resting place of Emperor Yan. On every July 7 of the Chinese calendar and on the Tomb-Sweeping Day for the anniversary of the death of Emperor Yan, people from home and abroad pay homage to Emperor Yan with grand ceremonies at the Mausoleum of Emperor Yan.

Transportation:
By bus:
Take a train from Xi’an to Baoji Station, and take bus No.6, 2 and get off at Baojiqiaoliangchang Station then walking southward for 25 minutes to get to the scenic area.
By car:
Take a train from Xi’an to Baoji Station, and then drive for about 24 minutes to get to the scenic area.
By taxi:
It costs about CNY 19 from the Baoji Railway Station to this scenic area.
