Good news on the National Day Holiday: 80 tourist attractions witness fare decrease and four open for free in Shaanxi

On 29th September, it is learnt from the official website of Shaanxi Provincial Price Bureau that a number of state-owned scenic spots will cut their fare by 10% to 20% before the “National Day Golden Week”. Those scenic spots include Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum, Huaqing Palace, Famen Temple, Mausoleum of Yellow Emperor, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Ci’en Temple, Qianling Mausoleum, the Hanyangling Mausoleum, Xi’an Beilin Museum, and Niubeiliang National Nature Reserve of Shaanxi.

Up to now, eighty state-owned scenic spots have reduced their fare and four have been opened to the public for free. About RMB370 million will be cut down from the annual ticket expenses if calculated by the 2017 ticket revenue of the tourist attractions.
