Qinchuangyuan poster turns heads in London

The Chinese and English versions of the poster for a major Chinese innovation platform called Qinchuangyuan appeared on March 27 in Canary Wharf in London, the capital city of the United Kingdom.

Launched in 2021, Qinchuangyuan is the main platform and a key source of innovation-driven development in Northwest China's Shaanxi province. It is also the region's biggest incubator for the practical application of science and technology.

Qinchuangyuan's general window is located in Xixian New Area, a place co-built by Xi'an and Xianyang cities in Shaanxi.

Canary Wharf is a financial center of London, where many bank headquarters, branches and headquarters of business giants are located.

Qinchuangyuan's appearance is said to have attracted widespread attention at home and abroad.

On the big screen, Qinchuangyuan's promotion poster adopted a traditional Chinese painting design concept, with ink and wash as the main tone, while the Chinese and English characters were embellished with Chinese red.

At the bottom of the poster, there was also a global consulting service hotline telephone number that folks could dial to learn more about Qinchuangyuan.

Locals were impressed with the promotion. "I am very interested in the content about China on the screen," said Londoner Robert Shiel.

"I understand and recognize many urban architectural features with Chinese elements and feel the pace of China's innovation," Shiel added.
