Li Jiuhong, male, born in March 1969, is an ethnic Han. He has a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Engineering. He is also the member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently the Vice Governor of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province, the member of the Party Leadership Group, People’s Government of Shaanxi Province, and the Secretary of CPC Tongchuan Municipal Party Committee.
