Li Jun, male, born in January 1970, is an ethnic Han. He has a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in economics. He is also a member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently the Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province and a member of the Party Leadership Group of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.
