Chen Chunjiang, male, born in November 1971, is an ethnic Mongolian. He has a full-time Master’s degree and a degree of Doctor of Science. He is also the member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently the Vice Governor of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province and the member of the Party Leadership Group, People’s Government of Shaanxi Province.
