Wang Haipeng, male, born in November 1972, is an ethnic Han. He received a full-time undergraduate education, and he has a Master’s degree of Engineering. He is also the member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently the Vice Governor of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province, member of the Party Leadership Group of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, secretary-general of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province, and secretary of the Offices under the Party Leadership Group, People’s Government of Shaanxi Province.
