Dai Binbin

Dai Binbin, male, born in January 1968, is an ethnic Han. He received a full-time undergraduate education, has a degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Senior Engineer with the professional title of researcher. He is also a member of the Communist Party of China.

He is currently the Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, member of the Party Leadership Group of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, director and party secretary and inspector general of Public Security Department of Shaanxi Province, and deputy secretary of Judicial and Legal Affairs Committee of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee.
