Guzheng Solo Concert by Wang Zhongshan

Guzheng, also known as Chinese zither, is a traditional stringed plucked instrument of China. This Guzheng Solo Concert by Wang Zhongshan is going to present a subject of reviving of creatures and the harmony between human and animals through the melodious Guzheng.

Second Hand Rose's 2019 Tour in Xi'an

Second Hand Rose is a Chinese rock band from Beijing. The band is known for its bold combination of traditional Chinese instruments with solid rock & roll fundamentals. During their tour of 2019, audiences will get the entry invitation to their music carnival.

Stage Play-“Pingtan Impression”

Pingtan Impression is directed by Yang Liping, a famous dancer and choreographer who is known across China for her creativity and her performance of the Dai peacock dance. This is a stage play of ocean and directed based on the culture of Fujian, a southeast province of China.

Musical-“Romeo and Juliet”

The musical Romeo and Juliet is adapted from the literary masterpiece of Shakespeare, which tells the appeal of the young hero and heroine—whose families, the Montagues and the Capulets, respectively, are implacable enemies—is such that they have become the representative type of star-crossed lovers.

Russian Show “Magicians’ White Gloves”

This might be the simplest and most environmentally friendly show – it has no stage setting, no dialogues, no glorious light and no special costumes, but they can present hundreds of vivid figures with just hands in white gloves.

Exhibitions

Sword and Celadon Exhibition from Longquan

Over 150 pieces of Longquan celadon and swords are exhibited. The manufacture techniques of making Longquan sword and celadon are also introduced by images, words and videos on the exhibition.

Slovenian Jewelry Exhibition

A total of 140 pieces collected by the Slovenian National Museum will be exhibited for the first time in China. The exhibits includes glasses, ceramics, lace and fabric that display the historical and cultural heritage and contemporary art of Slovenia.
