Liu Guozhong has been appointed provincial CPC chief

BEIJING -- Liu Guozhong has been appointed secretary of the Communist Party of China Shaanxi Provincial Committee, replacing Hu Heping, according to a decision from the CPC Central Committee.

Hu will be given another appointment.
