Shaanxi Lantian Industrial Park

Shaanxi Lantian Industrial Park was founded in July 1997, identified as a provincial development zone upon examination by National Development and Reform Committee and approval by the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province on May 3rd, 2006, and was renamed “Shaanxi Lantian Industrial Park” from “Xi’an Lantian Industrial Park”. Over ten years’ development, it has become a vital new district driving development of Lantian modern industry.

As one of the provincial development zones distributed in Guanzhong industrial belt, Shaanxi Lantian Industrial Park is 22km to Xi’an City and with distinct location advantage as Xi’an-Lantian expressway leading to it directly, it is a comprehensive park with an area of 10 square kilometers based on hi-tech industry, biopharmaceuticals, new building materials, mechanical processing and agricultural sideline products deep processing in combination of commercial residence and cultural entertainment. Now there are more than 70 enterprises in the park. Functional division inside is scientific and reasonable; there is complete facilities for water supply and drainage, power supply and gas supply, communication network, road planting and public utilities. Enterprises in the industrial park enjoy preferential policies specific to state-level Xi’an Economic and Technological Development Zone; enjoy preferential policy specific to national development of western regions; enjoy preferential policy for Shaanxi Guanzhong “one line and two belts” industrial park; enjoy preferential policy of the People’s Government of Lantian County for Lantian industrial park. The administrative committee of ShaanxiLantianIndustrial Park exercises county-level power of economic management and provides all-round services through one window for all formalities within the limit of county-level approving authority.
