1. General
According to preliminary calculations, the annual GDP was 2.98 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.5% over the previous year. Among them, the added value of the primary industry was 240.94 billion yuan, an increase of 6.3%, accounting for 8.1% of the GDP; the added value of the secondary industry was 1,380,252 million yuan, an increase of 5.6%, accounting for 46.3%; the added value of the tertiary industry was 1,358,907 million yuan, an increase of 7.3%, accounting for 45.6%.
2. Agriculture
The annual agricultural added value was 184.575 billion yuan, an increase of 4.1% over the previous year; the forestry added value was 5.993 billion yuan, an increase of 14.1%; the animal husbandry added value was 48.24 billion yuan, an increase of 13.4%; the fishery added value was 2.129 billion yuan, an increase of 4.7%.
The province's forest coverage rate is 46.39%. The annual planted area of 588.65 thousand hectares of forest, the forest stock volume of 668 million cubic meters, the forest area of 14,037 thousand hectares, 61 forestry nature reserves, the forestry nature reserves area of 1153.3 thousand hectares, accounting for 5.61% of the country's land area.
3. Industry and Construction
The total industrial added value for the year was 1125.603 billion yuan, an increase of 8.3% over the previous year.
The added value of the construction industry in the whole year was 267.417 billion yuan, a decrease of 3.5% over the previous year.
4. Investment in Fixed Assets
The investment in fixed assets of the whole society decreased by 3.1% over the previous year.
In fixed asset investment (excluding rural households), investment in the primary industry increased by 1.3% over the previous year; investment in the secondary industry increased by 4.6%, of which industrial investment increased by 4.8%; investment in the tertiary industry decreased by 6.1%.
In the whole year, private investment in fixed assets increased by 3.7% over the previous year, infrastructure investment decreased by 10.0%, investment in high-tech industries increased by 6.5%, and investment in cultural industries increased by 6.3%.
The investment in real estate development throughout the year was 444.1 billion yuan, an increase of 0.8% over the previous year.
5. Transportation, Post and Telecommunications
The total volume of cargo transportation in the year was 1.607 billion tons, a decrease of 2.8% over the previous year; the turnover of cargo transportation was 394.614 billion ton-km, an increase of 6.7%. The total passenger transportation volume was 216 million people, a decrease of 43%; the passenger transportation turnover volume was 57.287 billion person-kilometers, a decrease of 2.8%.
The total volume of postal services completed throughout the year was 16.851 billion yuan, an increase of 18.7% over the previous year, of which the volume of express delivery services was 1118 million, an increase of 21.9%. The total telecom business volume was 43.386 billion yuan, an increase of 22.7%. At the end of the year, there were 6,610,300 fixed telephone users; 4,777,76 million mobile phone users, of which 10,526,100 5G mobile phone users. There were 16.9688 million fixed Internet broadband users, an increase of 3,279,200 from the end of the previous year.
6. Domestic Trade and Market
The total retail sales of consumer goods for the year were 1025.050 billion yuan, an increase of 6.7% over the previous year. By business location, the retail sales of consumer goods in urban areas was 899.777 billion yuan, up 5.3%; the retail sales of consumer goods in rural areas was 125.272 billion yuan, up 17.9%.
7. Domestic Tourism
In the whole year, 391 million domestic tourists were received, an increase of 9.4% over the previous year; the total domestic tourism income was 343.395 billion yuan, an increase of 24.3%.
8. Foreign Economy
The total value of imports and exports for the year was 475.775 billion yuan, an increase of 25.9% over the previous year. Among them, exports were 256.607 billion yuan, an increase of 33.0%; imports were 219.168 billion yuan, an increase of 18.6%.
In the whole year, 312 foreign investment projects were newly approved. The amount of foreign direct investment contracts signed was US$2.234 billion, a decrease of 72.1% over the previous year; the amount of foreign direct investment actually utilized was US$10.246 billion, an increase of 21.4%.
9. People's Livelihood
According to the survey of urban-rural integration households, the annual per capita disposable income of residents was 28,568 yuan, an increase of 2,342 yuan or 8.9% over the previous year.
The annual per capita disposable income of urban residents was 40,713 yuan, an increase of 2,845 yuan or 7.5% over the previous year.
The annual per capita disposable income of rural residents was 14,745 yuan, an increase of 1429 yuan over the previous year, an increase of 10.7%.
In the whole year, 445,600 new jobs were created in cities and towns, and 157,200 unemployed people were re-employed in cities and towns.
