Recently, the exhibition “East and West: Maritime Silk Road”, focusing on the trade of the 19th-Century Maritime Silk Road, opened at the Xi'an Qujiang Museum of Fine Arts. 163 pieces/groups of Chinese artifacts showcase the splendor of the Maritime Silk Road in the 18th and 19th centuries and the social scene of cultural exchanges between the East and the West.
