Perfect plum blossoms bloom in Xingqing Palace Park

Gossamer-soft plum blossoms now abound in Xingqing Palace Park – located in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province – attracting hordes of admiring visitors on Feb 24, who delight in their exquisite appearance and delicate fragrance. The park was established in 1958 on the site of Xingqing Palace, which flourished in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). It is the oldest historical and cultural site park in China, adjacent to the renowned century old Xi'an Jiaotong University. Entrance is free to the public. [Photo/Xi'an news network]
