Ansai: “The Thousand Waist Drum Cultural Village” opened to the public

On May 25th, the “Thousand Waist Drum Cultural Village”, a scenic spot in Fengjiaying Village, Ansai District, Yan’an City of Shaanxi Province, officially opened to the public. On that day, the Ansai waist drum show performed by over 400 drummers simultaneously debuted in the scenic area, attracting thousands of visitors. The cultural village is themed with waist drum performances and folk-custom tourism. So far, it is the largest live-action show of waist drum performing in northern Shaanxi. Specifically, it encompasses nine parts, including the waist drum performing area, the waist drum industry area, the waist drum themed street, the area of folk-custom and specialties in northern Shaanxi.
