Kiss Run & Parent-Child Walk: Xi’an people say “I Love You” via sports

A normal Sunday was turned into a special day full of love, for the date “5.20” sounds like “I love you” in Chinese. On May 20th, the “Kiss Run” for lovers and the “Brisk Walk” for families kicked off in the ancient city of Xi’an. The participants expressed their deep love through sporting activities.

On May 20th, participants began running from the starting point. On that day, the 2018 Xi’an Women’s Half Marathon & National Women’s Half Marathon Championships started in the Chang’an District of Xi’an City.

On May 20th, families took part in the Brisk Walk. On that day, the third phase of the public activities “2018 Parent-Child Brisk Walk of Ten Thousand People” was held in the Xi’an Botanical Garden.
