The Most Beautiful Cliff Road – Ningqiang Xifanggou Cliff Road

Ningqiang County is in the southwest of Shaanxi Province, near to Qinling Mountains in the north and relying on Bashan Mountain. At Maoba River, which is more than 60km away from Ningqiang County, there is a beautiful road – Xifanggou Cliff Road.

Against the background of blue sky and white clouds, continuous green hills and Xiliuhe Valley with a width of 100 meters around, the zigzag Xifanggou Cliff Road which has a length of 1,000 meters around becomes more majestic, more magnificent and more precipitous.

Standing by the road and looking up, you can see the rock as sharp as the knife cut towering into the sky, so daunting. The left side is the cliff which is over 100 meters high; and you will be shuddered at having a glance. Opposite to the cliff road, there are beautiful woods and ravines: steep cliffs and lofty peaks, jagged rocks of grotesque shapes, shadows on trees dancing in the breeze; it is an immersive wonderland, simply beautiful to behold.

Xifanggou Cliff Road was built in 2000 and completed in 2006. Every holiday, many tourists are attracted to come and see its beauty.
