Magnificent Hukou Waterfall in Winter

Hukou Waterfall, a national scenic spot and national geological park, is adjacent to Hukou Town, Yichuan County, Yan’an City, Shaanxi Province in the west.

Hukou Waterfall is the second largest waterfall in China and the largest yellow waterfall in the world. In summer, Hukou Waterfall has large water yield and looks magnificent; in winter, we can see rainbow hanging in the mist of the waterfall or the whole surface is frozen and forms a giant icefall; it is more enchanting in winter.
