Xi'an, Preferred Tourist Destination for Nightscape

Recently, many tourists and photographers have come to Xi’an, for they find that Xi’an has so beautiful scenic spots during the day and is extraordinarily charming and graceful at night. So they take pictures for the charming night of Xi’an and upload these pictures on the internet. E-pals say that the night of Xi’an seems like wearing the gorgeous clothes; among the heavy traffic on the streets, ancient and modern styles are perfectly mixed together; there’s someone say that Xi’an is the first choice to see night scene.

Xi’an was confirmed as the “World Famous Historical City” by UNESCO in 1981 and is one of China’s the first batch of national famous historical cities. In history, Xi’an was the capital of 14 dynasties successively including Western Zhou Dynasty, Qin Dynasty, Western Han Dynasty, Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty, etc. As one of the four major ancient civilization capitals in the world, Xi’an served as China’s capital and center of politics, economy and culture for over 1,100 years.

Xi’an is the best tourist destination in China, and has six heritages of two items enrolled in the World Heritage List, respectively: The First Emperor of Qin’s Mausoleum and Terre-Cotta Warriors, Dayan Pagoda, Xiaoyan Pagoda, Tang Daming Palace Ruins of Chang’an City, Han Weiyang Palace Ruins of Chang’an City, and Xingjia Temple Pagoda.

Over 200 heads of state and politicians in the world have visited ancient city Xi’an, including Secretary General of the United Nations, president of the United States, president of Russia, German Chancellor, French president, British Queen, emperor of Japan, president of South Korean, etc.
